      Twice Cooked & Pressed Pork Belly, Fondant Potato, Apple Puree, Family Style Whole Roasted Cauliflower & Rarebit,  Maple Roasted Root Veg, Wholegrain Sauce.

      Hand Dived Scallops, Stornaway Blackpudding, Pea Puree, Aged Balsamic

      Wagyu Sirloin, Dauphinoise Potato, Shallot Puree, Tenderstem Brocolli, Maple Roasted Root Veg, Red Wine Sauce

      Strawberry & Vanilla Frozen Parfait, Oat Crumble, Berry Consomme

      Private Hire of Taco Trailer- Weddings, Birthdays, Festival Vibe Parties

      Price Person £12 over 60 people £10 per person + Standard Fee

      Tacos

      Taco 1- Slow Cooked Brisket, Chimi Churi, Toasted Black & White Sesame

      Taco 2- Pulled Chicken Katsu, Pickled Red Onion, Spring Onion.

      Taco 3- Tempura Cauliflower, Maple & Siriacha Sauce, Sesame

      Can offer other options, Bespoke to what you would like.

      Standard Fee of £250 which includes, Preparation Time, Travel(within 40 miles), 2 Members of Staff for up to 4 hours at event. Standard Fee of Hire of Taco Trailer is £350.
